How does shipping work?
Standard shipping is USPS Priority (2-3 business days) and will be added at check out. Shipping rates for continental US

Shipping Carrier All orders will be shipped USPS Priority. Items Out of stock: items out of stock will be reimbursed to you credit card and we will send an email with the details of the item out of stock. Track Shipments: you will get an email with your invoice and tracking #.
If needed, how do I Return & Exchange Items?
At Terra Natural Designs we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 21 days from your date of order. If you are not satisfied, you may return your items for a full refund or exchange, less shipping charges and a 10% re-stocking fee. Exchanges are shipped by FEDEX ground or USPS. Shipping charges on all returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased, Terra Natural Designs will reimburse the return shipping charges. Please send original sales receipt with return shipment. Return/Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid. Your card will be promptly credited (less the initial shipping charges, unless damaged), and a return credit receipt will be emailed to you. (Return merchandise after  21 days of receipt of purchase or  without sales receipt will only be given current store credit, less the $10.00 ($10.00 or 10% previously stated) re-stocking fee). Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Terra Natural Designs, Inc. accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and Paypal. Additional options which may be available will be displayed when you enter your payment information.
How long will delivery take?
USPS Priority Shipping takes from two to three business days after shipping. If you place your order before 1 PM Central time Monday through Friday, your order will ship the same business day.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
  • We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. 
  • We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation. If you placed it before 1 PM Central time Monday through Friday, it will ship the same business day, otherwise, it will ship the next business day. It will take two to three days for your order to arrive at the address you provided during the check-out process. .
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will get an invoice to your email address provided and a printed copy with your order. Is your purchase a gift item? Don’t want an invoice included in a gift shipment? Simply include that information in the comments section and we will only send it via email.
